The property is located within the Porto Real Resort, which in turn is located on the Costa Verde, a region known for its natural beauty.


The Porto Real Resort is practically a private neighborhood that includes beaches, restaurants, kiosks, an ocean pool, freshwater pools, gyms, sports courts, a spa.


I provide fitted sheets for the beds, pillows, pillowcases, bath towels for both bathrooms, and toilet paper.


Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the apartment.


One parking space is available.


Pets are allowed with an additional charge. Please inform us at the time of booking.


WARNING: Any human life, regardless of age, counts as a guest. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.


The apartment consists of a living room (with sofa, ceiling fan and TV), a fully equipped American-style kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee maker, piped gas, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.), 1 bedroom/suite with a double bed (convertible bathroom and TV), 1 suite with 1 double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. The bathrooms have hot water in the showers. Balcony with sea view. Living room and bedrooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning units, wardrobes and hangers.


The condominium has a private beach, barbecue area by the pool and on the beach, club, restaurant, courts, leisure areas, swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, hot tubs, lighthouse, pier and excellent areas for photography.


Registered guests can use all areas of the apartment and the condominium, reserve barbecue grills, use the club, restaurant, swimming pools, etc.

It is highly recommended that you have a vehicle available for use during your stay. However, there is a free shuttle van available at specific times for all guests to use.
